  1. Preservation times are approximate and depend on the original features of the vacuum-packed product (initial microbial charge);
  2. When vacuum-packing, it is necessary to respect the usual hygienic rules;
  3. It is necessary to protect the integrity of the bags used;
  4. Sometimes it is necessary to associate the fridge and the freezer with the vacuum packaging technique;
  5. Pre-packed food must be consumed anyhow by the expiry date indicated by the producer.
